German Chocolate Inside Out Cake


I made this delicious cake to celebrate all of the January Birthdays with some good friends. I love German Chocolate Cake and this is my favorite version so far, but I wasn't crazy about the chocolate glaze. I would use a ganache to top the cake off with instead.

Brigham's favorite, so I will have to do this in June for his annual surprise party (I've never missed!) instead of a cake iwth a photo of him somehow scanned onto the frosting.
