"A Visitor for Bear" by Bonny Becker and illustrated by Kady MacDonald Denton is one of our new favorites. The story is so sweet and the artwork really lovely. We checked it out from the library last week and already have read it more than a dozen times. O particularly likes exclaiming one of his favorite lines from the story, "Away with you! Vamoose!"

Aud-that looks like a fun book! I will have to look for it, although I can pretty much be sure that our trusty library won't have it!
Jana- I don't mind at all if you show people my blog or give the address. That is great. I am just hoping to help people with food ideas!
Looks adorable. Maybe we'll make a trip to the library tomorrow (we are overdue - no pun intended). I always love to hear about great books - for adults or kids.
